YouTube Money Calculator & Channel Analyzer
Estimate earnings, adjust RPM, and analyze public channel stats in one clean planning dashboard.
Paste a YouTube channel URL or @handle
When the Unisonica YouTube backend is enabled, the tool can load public channel statistics without exposing the Google API key in this page.
Public data only. Unisonica does not need the creator’s password. Actual private YouTube revenue is not available through this public lookup.
Channel
Turn public channel data into useful context
These signals come from public channel counters and a recent public-upload sample. They are not private YouTube Analytics or verified revenue.
Analyze a public channel to load performance context.
Unisonica needs public counter history over time before it can infer a useful pace.
Estimated channel earnings by time window
Uses the same RPM selected in the calculator. Public data cannot reveal the channel’s real private RPM or verified YouTube revenue.
Analyze a public channel to calculate this estimate.
YouTube Partner Program eligibility signal
Checks only public signals that Unisonica can verify. It does not claim that a channel is monetized or accepted into YPP.
For ads & Premium through January 31, 2027: 1,000 subscribers + 4,000 qualified watch hours in 365 days, or 10M qualified Shorts views in 90 days. Meeting thresholds still does not guarantee acceptance because YouTube reviews channels.
Observed public growth history
Changes in the channel lifetime public counter between Unisonica snapshots.
This is public-counter observation, not a YouTube Studio 28-day analytics report.
Top performers in the recent public sample
Performance multiplier compares each video with the sample median, not with private channel analytics.
Set the numbers you actually know
Monthly views and RPM drive the estimate. Use your own YouTube Analytics RPM when you have it.
What if the effective result moves?
The same views can produce different outcomes. This simple ±20% band is for planning, not a forecast.
Monthly view-growth scenario
Compounds the current monthly views forward. It does not predict what your channel will actually do.
Put another public channel beside this one
Compare public scale, recent sample performance, engagement, upload pace, momentum and observed public view pace. No private income is inferred.
Comparison values are public statistics and current lifetime counters for a recent upload sample. They do not prove monetization status, RPM or earnings.
A useful estimate should help a creator think — not just flash a big number.
Two channels can publish similar view totals and still see very different revenue. That is why Unisonica keeps the RPM visible and editable instead of hiding a magic rate behind the calculation. Start with a broad scenario, then replace assumptions with your own YouTube Analytics data as your channel grows.
Audience market
Advertising demand differs by viewer geography. Your audience location can matter more than where you personally live.
Content niche
Advertiser demand and commercial intent vary by topic. Your own historical RPM is the best channel-specific reference.
Format mix
Long-form videos and Shorts monetize differently. This tool does not silently apply a hidden format multiplier to your RPM.
Seasonality
Advertising conditions can change during the year, so one unusually strong month should not become your permanent baseline.
Monetization status
Public channel statistics do not prove whether a channel is monetized or reveal its private revenue dashboard.
Your own data
Once you know your real YouTube Analytics RPM, use it. Personal history should outrank generic internet estimates.
How the YouTube earnings calculator works
The core calculation is intentionally transparent: monthly views ÷ 1,000 × the RPM you choose. The tool then shows the daily equivalent, yearly scenario, a simple ±20% planning band and optional growth projections.
What public channel analysis can and cannot do
When the companion Unisonica YouTube backend is enabled, a visitor can paste a public channel URL or @handle. The backend can use YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve public channel information and a recent public-video sample. That data can help create a view baseline, but it cannot reveal another creator’s private YouTube revenue, private RPM, tax situation or monetization dashboard.
Why the RPM stays editable
A fixed universal RPM would create false precision. The calculator therefore treats RPM as a user-controlled planning input. If you own the channel and have YouTube Analytics data, enter your real observed RPM for the closest comparable period.
YouTube Money Calculator FAQ
Is this YouTube earnings calculator free?
Yes. The manual calculator is free and runs in the browser. Public channel lookup can also be offered free through the Unisonica backend while API capacity is available.
Does the calculator show a channel’s real YouTube income?
No. Public YouTube channel data does not expose another creator’s private revenue. The result is an estimate based on the views and RPM scenario used in the calculator.
What is RPM in this calculator?
RPM is treated as estimated creator revenue per 1,000 views. If you own a monetized channel, your own YouTube Analytics RPM is usually the best planning input.
Can I analyze a YouTube channel by URL or @handle?
Yes, once the companion WordPress backend endpoint is installed. The API key stays on the server and is not placed inside this HTML or JavaScript.
Why do Shorts and long-form channels need different thinking?
The formats have different monetization mechanics and audience behavior. For that reason, this version does not secretly change the result based on the format dropdown; you control the RPM directly.
What does a YouTube Money Calculator actually calculate?
A YouTube Money Calculator estimates a creator revenue scenario from two numbers: monthly video views and an RPM assumption. In this Unisonica tool, the transparent core formula is monthly views ÷ 1,000 × RPM. The result is then shown as monthly, daily and yearly estimates, together with a planning range and optional growth scenarios. It is designed for decision-making, not for pretending that every YouTube view has the same fixed cash value.
If you own the channel, your own YouTube Analytics RPM is more useful than a generic benchmark. If you are researching a public channel, use the public statistics as context only: subscriber counts, total views and public video performance cannot reveal that creator’s private revenue dashboard.
How to use the YouTube earnings calculator without fooling yourself
Start with a normal recent month rather than your biggest viral spike. Enter the number of views your channel usually receives in roughly 28 to 30 days, then choose an RPM that reflects the kind of content you actually publish. A creator with reliable YouTube Analytics history should replace the default planning assumption with their own observed RPM.
- Use a representative monthly view count, not an all-time total.
- Use your real RPM when available and keep Shorts and long-form history in context.
- Compare the lower, base and upper scenarios instead of treating one number as guaranteed income.
- Use the monthly goal and growth projection as planning aids, not promises.
Why RPM is the most important editable input
YouTube describes RPM as a creator-focused measure of revenue earned per 1,000 views. It can include revenue sources reported in YouTube Analytics such as ads, YouTube Premium, channel memberships and Supers. That makes RPM different from advertiser CPM, which is not the same thing as the amount a creator ultimately receives.
This is why the Unisonica YouTube earnings estimator leaves RPM visible. Two creators can have the same monthly view count and still produce very different outcomes because audience location, topic, monetization mix, format, seasonality and advertiser demand can differ.
What channel analysis adds — and what it cannot know
When the YouTube Data API connection is enabled, you can paste a public channel URL or @handle and let Unisonica load public channel information such as the channel identity, subscriber count when visible, total public views, public video count and a sample of recent uploads. This saves time when researching a channel and gives the calculator useful context.
Public data is not private accounting data. It does not reveal the owner’s actual RPM, finalized AdSense earnings, tax deductions, sponsorship income or private YouTube Analytics reports. For that reason, Unisonica deliberately keeps the earnings result labeled as an estimate.
One view count does not mean one monetization model
A channel built mainly around long-form videos should not blindly copy an RPM assumption from a Shorts-heavy channel, and the reverse is also true. Formats can behave differently in monetization and audience consumption. The format selector in this tool therefore changes the explanatory guidance, not the math behind your back. You remain in control of the RPM used in the estimate.
Turn the estimate into a content decision
The useful question is not simply “How much does YouTube pay?” It is “What would need to change for my channel to reach the next sustainable revenue level?” After calculating a baseline, try a modest view growth scenario, compare the required monthly views for your goal, and decide whether the next move is publishing more consistently, improving packaging, finding a stronger topic fit, or increasing the value of the audience you already reach.
Why Unisonica avoids a fake universal “pay per view” number
Search results often reduce creator earnings to a single rate. That looks simple, but it can create false confidence. This calculator is intentionally more transparent: you see the RPM, you can change it, and you can compare scenarios. The goal is to help a real person make a better plan instead of making a dramatic income claim that the public data cannot support.
Official YouTube references used for context
For platform definitions and private revenue reporting, always prefer YouTube’s own documentation and your own YouTube Studio analytics over third-party estimates.
