Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use Unisonica, including our creator calculators, benchmark guides, analytics-oriented tools, and optional third-party account connections where supported.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Unisonica, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Unisonica on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. About Unisonica
Unisonica provides browser-based creator tools designed to help users understand and plan creator-economy scenarios. Features may include earnings calculators, RPM planning tools, qualified-view modeling, benchmark guides, analytics-oriented features and optional account-data import where supported.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use Unisonica only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If local law requires a parent, guardian or other authorized person to approve your use of online services, you must obtain that approval before using features that require authorization.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into our calculators and for protecting access to any device, browser or third-party account you use with Unisonica.
4. Creator tools and earnings estimates
Unisonica calculators and benchmark tools are planning and educational resources. Results are based on the inputs you provide and on the assumptions or scenario ranges explained within each tool.
- Estimated RPM, CPM, creator rewards, monthly earnings and annual earnings are not guaranteed.
- Actual platform payouts may be lower or higher than an estimate.
- Eligibility, qualified views, audience location, niche, content format, advertiser demand and platform rules may affect results.
- Unisonica does not control third-party platform payment calculations, monetization eligibility or program availability.
Do not make financial, tax, business, employment or investment decisions solely from a calculator result. Where appropriate, compare estimates with your own platform analytics and professional advice.
5. Third-party account connections
Some Unisonica tools may offer optional connections to third-party platforms where supported. If you choose to connect an account, you authorize Unisonica to request only the permissions presented to you during that platform’s authorization process.
Current TikTok connection
Where the Connect TikTok feature is available, it is designed to request only the TikTok permissions shown during TikTok’s own authorization flow.
- Read basic profile information that you authorize TikTok to share.
- Read permitted public-video information and statistics for your connected account.
- Use imported statistics as an optional input or starting point for Unisonica planning tools.
Unisonica does not ask you to provide your TikTok password. TikTok authentication occurs through TikTok’s own authorization flow. The current TikTok integration is not intended to publish, edit or delete TikTok content on your behalf.
Imported statistics may differ from platform dashboards
A third-party API may expose different fields, time windows or aggregation methods from those shown in a platform’s native dashboard. For example, an API may provide lifetime statistics rather than a complete day-by-day history. When Unisonica uses such information to build a recent-period estimate, the result should be treated as an estimate.
Your platform’s own creator, analytics or monetization dashboard remains the better source for exact account-specific reporting when available.
You may choose not to connect a third-party account and continue using manual calculator inputs where those inputs are available.
6. Data, authorization and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When an external account connection is enabled, access is limited to the permissions you approve and the technical access provided by that third-party platform.
- We do not require your third-party platform password when OAuth or another platform authorization flow is used.
- Authentication credentials or access tokens used by an integration should be handled server-side where technically appropriate.
- You may disconnect an available account connection from Unisonica where a disconnect control is provided.
- You may also manage or revoke third-party app access using the controls provided by the relevant platform.
For privacy-related questions, requests or concerns, use the contact information listed in our Privacy Policy or Contact page.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to use Unisonica lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when accuracy matters to a result.
- Using only accounts and data that you are authorized to access.
- Reviewing imported data before relying on it.
- Complying with the terms, policies and platform rules of any third-party service you connect or reference.
- Complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use Unisonica to:
- Access another person’s account without permission.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, security controls or rate limits.
- Interfere with the service, its infrastructure or third-party APIs.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse or disruptive traffic.
- Misrepresent Unisonica estimates or benchmarks as official platform payouts or guarantees.
- Use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
- Use an integration in a way that conflicts with permissions granted by the account owner or third-party platform.
9. Third-party platforms and services
Unisonica may interact with or link to third-party services such as TikTok, YouTube, Google, Meta products, X and other creator platforms. Those services are operated by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability rules, API limits and technical requirements.
We are not responsible for a third party’s downtime, policy changes, account decisions, monetization decisions, API changes, data accuracy or discontinuation of a feature. A Unisonica feature may stop working or change if a third-party platform changes its services or permissions.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Unisonica website, branding, original interface design, written content, calculator logic and original software components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the service for its intended personal or business-planning purpose. You may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or commercially redistribute substantial parts of Unisonica except where the law permits it or we give written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, names and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We may update, improve, limit, replace, suspend or discontinue features at any time. This may be necessary because of technical changes, security concerns, legal requirements, third-party API changes or product decisions.
We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every browser or device.
12. Disclaimers
Unisonica is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to provide useful tools and clear explanations, but we do not guarantee that estimates, imported data, calculations, benchmarks or third-party information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Nothing on Unisonica is financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment or employment advice. See our Disclaimer for additional information.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unisonica and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities or decisions made in reliance on an estimate or benchmark.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to a feature when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platforms or legal compliance, including in cases of abuse, security risk, unauthorized access or material violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Unisonica at any time. If an account connection is available, you may disconnect it using the provided controls or revoke access through the relevant third-party platform.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Unisonica evolves. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
